This course will address all those considerations and more—and provide practical tips and tools to:

• streamline the time involved in crafting these homilies

• craft go-to “heart of the message” statements that can be readily personalized for each occasion

• gather the information you need to personalize a sermon you’re confident will connect

Course Rhythm

• Each type of homily will be taught over two weeks

  • The first week will offer special considerations, tips & tools.

  • The second week, you’ll preach a homily for that occasion and appraise others’ sermons

    • You’re welcome to use a homily you’ve already preached and update it using ideas learned in class

By the end, you’ll have material you can rely on every time these occasions arise.
